The Delta State Police Command has announced the arrest of a suspected kidnapper and the recovery of a significant cache of firearms during a targeted operation aimed at curbing kidnapping and armed criminality across the state.
According to the command’s public statement, operatives apprehended a notorious kidnap suspect and seized several sophisticated weapons, including AK-47 and K-2 rifles. Authorities also recovered magazines, ammunition and other exhibits connected to criminal activities in the region.
