The lecture, which will be presided over by Prof. Lawrence Ikechukwu Ezemonye, Vice Chancellor of IUO, is expected to attract a diverse audience from the Nigerian military, police, other security agencies, as well as academia and the public.
Mr. Eboh-Onokwe explained that the Buratai Centre, which regularly examines contemporary security challenges, aims to foster meaningful discussions on the evolving nature of military operations, particularly focusing on non-kinetic methods. This lecture is seen as an important step in the ongoing dialogue surrounding the Nigerian Army’s strategic approach to modern conflicts.
