Kidnapping: Oyo governor, Makinde restricts Okada opearations

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has approved an executive order restricting Okada operations across the state between 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.

According to the governor, the measure is part of efforts to improve security and ensure the safe return of the abducted teachers and school children.

“We will not relent until our teachers and school children return home safely. Consequently, motorcycle riders are restricted from operating between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.” — He said
