President Bola Tinubu has warned band1ts, terror1sts, kidnappers and their sponsors to surrender or face decisive action from security forces, as his administration intensifies efforts to tackle ins£curity across the country.
Tinubu gave the warning on Friday in his Democracy Day address to the nation, where he highlighted security gains recorded under his administration.
