Katsina State Governor Dikko Umaru Radda, has congratulated Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima on his birthday, describing him as “a dependable hand in nation-building” whose experience, resilience and commitment to public service continue to contribute to Nigeria’s development.

Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, the Vice President has built an enduring record of service, from his years of leadership in Borno State to his present responsibility of supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in steering the affairs of the country.
According to the Governor, Shettima’s calm disposition, grasp of national issues and ability to connect with people across different backgrounds have remained valuable qualities in the discharge of his responsibilities.
The Governor also commended the Vice President for his attention to issues affecting Northern Nigeria and his support for efforts aimed at strengthening security, agriculture, investment and opportunities for young people.
Governor Radda noted that the demands of national leadership require patience, sound judgement and a willingness to serve beyond personal considerations, adding that the Vice President has continued to bring his experience to bear in the service of the country.
It notes, “the Governor on behalf of the Government and people of Katsina State, warmly congratulates the Vice President and wishes him more years of fruitful service to Nigeria.” It concludes.
