Governor Fintiri Offers Automatic Employment To University Graduate

Stephen Kataya, a graduate of Engineering from the University of Abuja, was on Sunday offered automatic employment by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State.

The Governor announced the offer at the Government House Yola when he received a team of young people who called on him to show support for the difference he’s making in governance.

The team from Kpalam Community in Madagali Local Government had commended his untiring efforts at revamping the education sector and pleaded with the Governor to address the shortage of Science teachers in their upgraded village school.

Their plea paid off when the Governor sought to know if there’s a Science graduate amongst them.

Their village school was recently upgraded to a senior secondary school by the Fintiri administration.

The Nbalang community from Numan Local Government area was at the Government House also on Sunday to identify with the Governor.

The team led by the Member representing Numan in the State Assembly and Deputy Speaker, Pwamwakouno Mackondo promised support to Governor Fintiri’s bid for re-election in 2023.

The team commended the Governor for changing narratives of the underdevelopment of Adamawa State, describing it as exemplary and unmatched in the history of the State.

Responding to both groups, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri noted that his administration is on a rescue mission and will not leave anything to chance towards the growth and development of Adamawa State.
