Atiku replied with additional prayers from the tribunal to disqualify Tinubu on the ground that he is a convicted drug trafficker and a citizen of Guinea Conakry, among other prayers. He said Tinubu is constitutionally disabled and it will be criminal for the courts to certify this fraud
