Baye Osagie Sylvester served as University of Benin Sports Public Relations Officer between 2016 and 2021 before moving to UK for studies where he obtained a master degree in International Sports Management at the prestigious Birmingham City University, England.
Baye Osagie’s inclusion in the Nigeria Rugby Federation, no doubt is as a result of his vast knowledge in Rugby in England and his marketing skills.
The Nigeria Rugby Football Federation believes the appointment is an opportunity for Baye Osagie to directly contribute his quota to the development of the game.
