The Benin Club Golf Section, one of the oldest golf clubs in Nigeria, organized a remarkable three-day event to celebrate the end of the year. The event started with a visit to elder care and orphanage homes, where members of the club showed love, care, and support to the residents. The party was a colourful and exciting event that brought together members of the club, their families, and friends. Mr. Joseph Idahosa, the captain of the golf club, delivered a heartwarming speech, in which he commended the members of the club for their dedication and support towards improving the club’s facilities and infrastructure. He noted that the club had produced some of the best golfers in Nigeria, and this was mainly due to the support received through donations and sponsorships.
The award presentation ceremony was the climax of the party. Distinguished members of the club were honoured with various awards and trophies for their outstanding contributions to the club.
