Earlier on Thursday 13th October 2022, His Excellency, Rtd Col Sama’ila Yombe Dabai mni, fss, psc+, MBA, PhD (Tambarin Zuru), the Deputy Governor of Kebbi State was in Zuru to condole with several families of deceased.
Among the families visited were Late Lawali, Zainab Umar and Alh Audu factor bread all in Rikoto Area. Similarly, Deputy Governor was at the residence of late Sarkin Mallaman Zuru to condole with the family.
Sama’ila Yombe Dabai further condole with the Emir of Zuru, Maj Gen (Dr) Muhammadu Sani Sami, Sami Gomo II over the demise of Sarkin Mallaman Zuru and District head of Ribah respectively.
Yombe further proceeded to Ribah on condolence visit to the families of late Alh Lawali Dan’musa as well as District head of Waje.
In a separate condolence messages, Alh Abubakar Abiola Zuru, the APC Local Government chairman, said the Deputy Governor was on condolence visits due to the fact that during such moments he was outside the country on several occasions and upon his return, he used the opportunity to come over to condole with the families and gave his contribution respectively.
Responding to the visit, the Emir of Zuru, Maj Gen (Dr) Muhammadu Sani Sami, Sami Gomo II thanked the Deputy Governor for the condolence visits and described the late Sarkin Mallaman Zuru as one who have meritoriously served in that capacity with sincerity and dedication as he prayed for the repose of deceased souls.
Yombe was in the company of Alh Sani Ayu, APC party chairman of Danko-Wasagu, Fakai, Zonal Party chairman, Zuru Local Government APC Party chairman, party executives, Alh Over Zuru, Alh Danlami Maikati, Alh Bala Maga, Alh Gado, Alh Nuhu Goma, Chairman NURTW Zuru among other stake holders.
Sama’ila Yombe Dabai prayed God Almighty to forgive the deceased and grant them eternal rest.
