The Eagle Wings Top Access Scouting Programme officially commenced today in Benin City, marking another major stride in Edo State’s commitment to grassroots football development.
The event, which is organized in conjunction with the Edo State Football Association (Edo FA), brought together young, talented players from across the State eager to showcase their skills before a team of professional scouts who arrived from Spain earlier this week.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Chairman of the Edo State Football Association warmly welcomed the visiting scouts and participating players. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of initiatives like the Eagle Wings Scouting Programme in discovering and nurturing raw football talent at the grassroots level.

The Eagle Wings Top Access Scouting Programme is expected to run for several days, featuring intensive player assessments, training sessions, and talent identification exercises.
