Civil society organisations across Northern and Southern Nigeria have renewed their demand that Nasir El-Rufai be made to answer to all allegations levelled against him, declaring that no former public office holder is above the law.
The groups maintained that alleged actions taken during his tenure including the seizure of public assets, human rights abuses, and arbitrary arrests require full legal scrutiny and accountability.
