At a press conference held earlier today, the G9 Forum a coalition of Special Assistants (SAs) and Personal Assistants (PAs) to the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State from Keffi Local Government made a passionate appeal to Governor Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule to heed the call of his people and contest for the Senate seat representing Nasarawa North in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
Addressing the media, the group described Governor Sule as a mentor, political father, and exemplary leader whose integrity, performance, and commitment to development have earned him widespread admiration across the state and beyond.
In the same vein, the G9 Forum called on the Governor to endorse and persuade his senior aide, Mallam Muhammad Abubakar, Special Adviser on Governor’s Office, to contest for the Nasarawa West Senatorial seat.
According to the group, both leaders have demonstrated unmatched dedication, competence, and a genuine spirit of public service, which qualifies them to represent the people at the national level.
“Their leadership style is people-centered, and they have consistently worked for the good of all. We are confident that with them in the National Assembly, Nasarawa will be well represented,” the statement added.
The G9 Forum reiterated its commitment to supporting capable leaders and urged stakeholders to rally behind the call for quality representation in the interest of the State.
