Yobe State Governor, His Excellency (Dr.) Mai Mala Buni, CON, has recorded significant progress in the construction of the flyover and underpass bridge in Damaturu.
The project also includes the construction of mega culverts, bridges, and an integrated waterway system encircling the city. This strategic infrastructure is designed to effectively address flooding challenges while conserving groundwater for irrigation farming in the outskirts and backyard areas of Damaturu.
This initiative reflects the Governor’s commitment to sustainable urban development, climate resilience, and enhanced agricultural productivity for the benefit of the people of Yobe State.
