Grand Opening of New Mosque in Uraka, Epe

The Amir Sahib of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Nigeria has officially inaugurated a new mosque in Uraka, Epe, Lagos State, marking a significant development in the spiritual life of the local community.

During the inauguration ceremony, which was recently held amidst great enthusiasm, the Amir Sahib was joined by the esteemed Missionary-in-Charge, Maulvi Adnan Tahir Sahib, and a host of notable figures, including former Naib Amir (Special Duties), Alhaji Ahmed Al-Hassan Sahib, and National Jaidad Secretary, Builder Towolawi Sahib. The Circuit President of Epe, Mr. I. O. Agbomeji, and the Circuit Missionary, Muallim Saheed Mikail-Falade, were also in attendance, along with other respected members of the Jama’at.

The new mosque is anticipated to serve not only as a place of worship but also as a hub for community activities and spiritual education, fostering a deeper connection among members and promoting peace and unity in the region. The event was a heartening reminder of the growth and resilience of the Ahmadiyya community in Nigeria.
