Phantas, a multi-function floor care robot, takes efficiency to a new level—vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, and dust-mopping up to 5,000 sqm per hour with precision and minimal human input.
Both robots are activated with unique site IDs and configured to navigate specific zones. Once deployed, they communicate in real time with the CAFMTEK system, delivering detailed performance data including area coverage, battery levels, task completion rates, and maintenance requirements.
Through a user-friendly web and mobile interface, facility managers can effortlessly schedule, track, and monitor robotic cleaning tasks alongside traditional services. The system even allows for the automatic generation of service tickets, should the robots require human intervention, such as water refills or dust bag replacement.
