Rivers State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Dagogo Israel in a press briefing said that the Degema Judicial Division of Rivers High Court did not make a Declaration that Martin Amawhule is the Speaker of Rivers House of Assembly, neither did it make a Declaration that Martins Amawhule and 26 other are PDP and Rivers House of Assembly members
He said the court instead dismissed the suit for want of Jurisdiction (Lacking the authority to hear the case) and the Claimant’s case was dismissed for lacking in merit
