A landlord in Nnewi has sparked conversation after issuing a stern notice to tenants regarding noise disturbances during the night.
The notice, which was shared by one of the tenants, specifically addresses couples who engage in loud activities, urging them to be mindful of their neighbours, particularly the children living within the compound.
The landlord’s notice called on tenants to respect the shared living environment by keeping their night-time activities, particularly those involving intimacy, at a reasonable noise level. He stressed the importance of maintaining peace and quiet during the night to ensure a comfortable living experience for all residents.
