An educationist and Chief Executive Officer of STEFO WORLD, Mrs Stella Akinmolayan has taken to the social media to advise school owners and administrators to do their best to ensure that they take charge of their investment and monitor their finances in order to realised expected goals.
Recounting her experiences with school manager she engaged run a branch of her school in Lagos, the educationist disclosed that the result was devastating as the school was almost run aground.
She wrote:

It’s been a hectic week of school reopening, but I am deeply grateful. I’ve missed school publicity which I was know for since i started my private practice! Joining my staff to go for publicity has always been fun!
For four years, I have pursued this mission of helping our teenagers in secondary school through WAKE UP THE GIANT PROJECT, and assisting others to join the school owner’s train. I thought we needed more good heads to run this school vision. This affected mine negatively. I had to close down my boarding school in Ogun State, ‘dashed‘ my partner the school(He was no longer comfortable with the risk I was taking on my calling, and the way I was unjustly treated by the governor of that state…) I had to close my eyes to the branch in Lagos and allowed others to run it. The result was devastating!
From January this year, I took over the Lagos school. It was like starting from the scratch. Never allow strangers to run your business!
Monitor your finances no matter who is running that department. Don’t trust anyone!
Get an external auditor and supervisor. The evil one who has an ulterior motive might reject this, but don’t be weak. Ignore!
It’s good to be fully back! The devil fought, but it ended in testimony!
