President Muhammadu Buhari continues his state visit to Saudi Arabia during a short visit to Madinah where he offered evening prayers, together with his entourage to restore peace and security throughout Nigeria and the whole world.
The President, who was earlier greeted by the Deputy Governor of the Province, Prince Saud Al-Faisal, at the Prince Muhammad Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah, spent some of his time at the Grand Mosque of the Holy Prophet (SAS). In Islam, the President prays and recites the Holy Quran.
President Buhari and his delegation prayed for peace in the country and its people, and for the return of full peace and security in Nigeria and the world.
Prayers were also offered for the recovery of the economy affected by the Korona epidemic for the benefit of the country and its people.
Later in the evening the President will continue his visit to Mecca to conduct the Ibadan Ummra.
