Nigeria’s senate President, Ahmad Lawan has mourned the death of Senator Bala Ibn Na’ Allah’s son, Abdul Ibn Na’ Allah who was killed by suspected bandits.
The senate President in a condolence message on Monday said:
I am deeply saddened to learn of the gruesome murder in Kaduna of Abdulkarim Na’Allah, son of my brother and distinguished colleague, Senator Bala Ibn Na’Allah.
I condole with the family of Senator Na’Allah, just as I urge security agencies to thoroughly investigate the incident and bring the perpetrators and others unleashing terror across Nigeria to justice.
We have to continue cooperating with the security agencies in their onerous tasks of protecting us against heartless criminals who are indiscriminate in their assault on the security of our nation.
We must not allow the criminals to overwhelm our capacity to secure our country and drag all of us under the reign of terror.
I pray to Allah to comfort the family and repose the soul of the departed in Aljanaah firdausi.
