Senator Akogun Lere Oyewumi, the senator for the Osun West Central District and the deputy minority leader of the Nigerian Senate, has praised Professor ‘Ayo Clement Adebooye for positioning the university as a major player in the education industry and a global competitor, as well as for the significant accomplishments he has made since taking office.
On August 31, 2023, Senator Oyewumi paid a courtesy visit to the College of Humanities and Culture at Osun State University’s Ikire Campus and made this compliment.
In order to determine the College’s state of infrastructure development and the current problems it is facing, Senator Oyewumi went there. He did this to determine how he could use his good standing to help.
