The West African Examinations Council, WAEC, has released the official timetable for the 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination for school candidates.
The timetable, published by the council as the Provisional International Timetable for All Member Countries dated March 26, 2026, outlines the full schedule for the examination across member countries.
According to the timetable, examination activities will commence on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, beginning with project work, oral and practical components in selected subjects. The examination will run through several stages and conclude on Friday, June 19, 2026.
