Senator Aishat Dahiru Ahmed Binani of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has emerged the winner of Adamawa governorship election to become the first Nigerian female governor-elect.
All Progressive Congress polled a total of 409,909 to defeat closest rival, the People’s Democratic Party with 406,617 votes.
