President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Nigeria’s female basketball team, D’Tigress, on their 2023 FIBA Women’s Afrobasket Championship win.
The team emerged champions of Africa again following their 84-74 win over Senegal in the final tournament on Saturday at the BK Arena in Kigali, Rwanda.
Tinubu congratulated the team saying, “I congratulate our very own D’Tigress #tigressNG for a well-deserved fourth consecutive AfroBasket Women Championship.
