The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has officially inaugurated the Etsako West PDP Campaign Council in Auchi. This strategic move comes as the party gears up for the forthcoming governorship elections in Edo State.
During the inauguration, Chief Hon. Pascal Ogbome, a prominent leader among the Edo North PDP Stakeholders, emphasized the necessity of dedication, hard work, and a clear sense of purpose to secure electoral success. Speakers at the event expressed strong confidence in the new council’s ability to lead the party to victory, praising its members for their commitment and readiness to serve.
Chief Hon. Lucky James, who has been appointed as the Director of the campaign council, expressed his gratitude to the party leadership and vowed to work tirelessly towards achieving success in the upcoming elections.
Hon. Marvelous Muhizu Zibiri, the Executive Chairman of Etsako West Local Government Council, described the inauguration as a significant milestone for the PDP in the area. He commended the determination and efforts of party members in Etsako West and encouraged them to continue working hard to ensure the party’s victory.
The event was well-attended by several notable PDP figures, including the Deputy Governor of Edo State; Engr. Omobayo Marvellous Godwins, Senator Victor Kassim Oyofo, Hon. Benjamin Ojietu, and Chief Mike Ogiadomhe, who all expressed their support for the new council.
With the establishment of the Etsako West Campaign Council, the PDP is poised to ramp up its campaign activities in the area, aiming for a successful outcome in the September elections.
