The finance minister, Wale Edun has submitted the report on the minimum wage. The president had directed him to work on the cost implication of the new minimum wage.
The Nigeria Labour Congress HQ and sister union, the Trade Union Congress decided to suspend their indefinite strike for five days on Tuesday.
Thereafter the president asked the minister to give a report on the implication of the demands of labour on the overall expenditure of the country.
