The Senator representing Edo South, Neda Imasuen, has congratulated Engineer Gabriel Iduseri on his swearing-in as Acting Chairman of Oredo Local Government Area, alongside all councillors-elect who emerged from the recently concluded by-election in the State.
In a goodwill message conveyed through his Oredo Coordinator, Mrs Rudon Anyanwu, at the swearing-in ceremony, Senator Imasuen described Iduseri’s inauguration as a “remarkable achievement” that reflects his “steadfast dedication, exemplary leadership, and commitment to the progress of Oredo.”
He also extended warm felicitations to the newly sworn-in councillors, noting that their election “signifies the trust and confidence the people of Oredo have placed in you to represent their interests and drive sustainable development in our communities.”
The senator, who could not attend in person, emphasised that his coordinators across the seven local government areas of Edo South play a vital role in representing him and conveying his goodwill.
“On his behalf, I convey his sincere congratulations and best wishes to Hon. Engr. Gabriel Iduseri and all the councillors-elect. He prays for divine wisdom, strength, and guidance as you lead with integrity, foster unity, and deliver impactful governance,” Mrs Anyanwu stated.
Senator Imasuen reaffirmed his support for the new leadership of Oredo, expressing optimism that their tenure would be marked by inclusivity, progress, and transformative achievements for the people.
