Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, on Tuesday appeared before the presidential screening committee of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja ahead of the party’s forthcoming presidential primary.
Atiku was accompanied by former Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal; former Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha; and former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami.
The appearance forms part of the ongoing screening process for aspirants seeking the ADC presidential ticket ahead of the 2027 general election.
