The All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth League, Okigwe Zone, successfully participated in the 2025 Okigwe Peace & Unity Summit held at the Obowo Local Government Council Headquarters. The event brought together political leaders, stakeholders, and youth structures in a collective effort to promote harmony, peace, and progressive engagement across the zone.
Selected representatives of the Youth League from various local governments were in attendance, including Engr. Iwuchukwu (Isiala Mbano), Mr. Mbamara (Ehime Mbano), Goodluck “Bosco” Ayoka (Ihite-Uboma), and coordinators from Obowo and Onuimo LGAs. Their presence showcased unity, discipline, and organizational capacity within the League.
Speaking at the summit, the Zonal Coordinator, Comr. Udo Durueke, expressed gratitude to zonal leaders for the opportunity to engage at such a strategic gathering. He reaffirmed the Youth League’s commitment to strengthening peace, promoting political stability, and supporting all resolutions reached at the summit.
The delegation also used the opportunity to interact with key leaders, further solidifying productive political relationships across the zone.
