FG clears 8, 900 Exited NPower volunteers for backlog payment

The Federal Government on Tuesday announced that it has cleared no fewer than 8, 900 exited NPower Batches A and B who were being owed five months backlog stipend.

This was contained in an update on Twitter by the media aide to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs Disaster Management and social Development, Ms Sadiya Farouq.

The update further advised those that have been cleared to proceed and apply for the ‘Next level of empowerment’ through the Central Bank of Nigeria.

The statement read, “BACKLOGS PAYMENT! 8,900 N-POWER BATCHES A and B BENEFICIARIES have been cleared for payment of their five months arrears of their STIPENDS as the SMS has been sent to the eligible ones.
