Robert Ssentanu Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine and Ugandan opposition presidential candidate said he will declare himself president elect amidst reports of alleged electoral malpractice.
“The people of Uganda voted massively for change of leadership from a dictatorship to a democratic government. But Mr Museveni is trying to paint a picture that he is in the lead” Bobi Wine, said.
He had earlier said that his home is ‘under siege’ from military.
“The military has jumped over the fence and has now taken control of our homes”, he said in a post on Twitter today.
