President Bola Tinubu has declared that rising insecurity across parts of Nigeria will not force him out of office, insisting that he remains determined to complete his mandate and seek a second term.

Speaking while receiving Governor Caleb Mutfwang and other stakeholders from Plateau State, Tinubu said attempts to use the countryโ€™s security challenges against his administration would not succeed.

The President stressed that insecurity would not end his presidency, maintaining that his government is committed to confronting terrorism, banditry, and other threats across the country.

According to him, those trying to exploit Nigeriaโ€™s security situation for political purposes were indirectly supporting the agenda of hostile forces and political opponents seeking to destabilize the government.

Tinubu reaffirmed his resolve to remain focused on governance, security reforms, and national stability, declaring that he would not be pressured or forced out of power by insecurity or political pressure.

The statement comes amid renewed concerns over attacks and security challenges in several parts of the country, with the President assuring Nigerians that his administration remains committed to restoring peace and protecting lives and property.
