Residents of Igboho town erupted in celebration after a pregnant woman, her children and other family members reportedly regained their freedom just hours after Yoruba Nation activist Sunday Igboho issued a two-hour ultimatum demanding their release.
Reports indicate that the victims had been abducted by kidnappers who allegedly demanded a huge ransom before the dramatic development that brought relief to the community.
The release came shortly after Igboho publicly condemned the abduction and warned those responsible to free the victims immediately.
