Developer Seven Tides has announced the appointment of global hospitality group Minor Hotels as the new operator of its luxury property, DUKES The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, located on the west trunk of Palm Jumeirah. The transition in management will take effect from 1st August 2025.
The agreement strengthens the growing partnership between Seven Tides and Minor Hotels, which already operates the adjacent NH Collection Dubai The Palm. The move is expected to create greater operational synergy between the two properties and further enhance the appeal of Palm West Beach as a premium hospitality destination.
“This is a strategic appointment as Minor Hotels already successfully manages our existing asset, the neighbouring NH Collection Dubai The Palm,” said Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides. “The agreement will provide enhanced synergy between the hotels.”

The property, which has been managed by Barcelo Hotel Group for the past six years, will see a smooth handover of operations. Seven Tides thanked Barcelo for their dedicated service. “Barcelo Hotel Group has fulfilled all of its contractual obligations to a very high standard. We wish to thank them for their contribution and wish them success in their future endeavours,” said Bin Sulayem.
