The initiative, aimed at providing essential humanitarian support to underserved communities, saw an impressive turnout with over 700 beneficiaries receiving medical treatment, mosquito nets, and educational materials.
Key Highlights of the Outreach:
– Free medical treatment: by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who provided free medical consultations and treatment to over 700 individuals, addressing various health concerns and promoting overall well-being.
– Distribution of free treated mosquito nets to combat the spread of malaria and other vector-borne diseases. The mosquito nets were distributed to all beneficiaries, ensuring they have access to this essential preventive measure.
– Provision of Educational Support in line with the Foundation’s commitment to promoting access to education through the provision of materials like books which were distributed to the beneficiaries, aiming to support their academic pursuits and foster the love for learning.
– Following the success of the outreach, the Ron Humanitarian Foundation team also visited the Bokkos Cottage Hospital, where they made generous donations to over 30 patients. While the amount donated remains undisclosed, the gesture was met with immense gratitude from the patients and hospital staff.
