Distinguished Senator Neda Imasuen has been honoured with the prestigious Award of Excellence by the Pharmaceutical Association of Nigeria Students (PANS) for his commitment to education, youth empowerment and professional development.
The award was formally presented to the Edo South Senator on Monday, September 14, 2026, on behalf of the PANS National President, 2025/2026, Osamase Prince-Ben Okungbowa.
The honour recognises Senator Imasuen’s significant contributions and support toward the successful hosting of the 51st PANS National Convention, tagged URGE ’26.
The student body also acknowledged the Senator’s broader interventions in support of student-led national initiatives and his efforts to promote academic excellence and professional development, particularly within the health and pharmaceutical sectors.
Receiving the award plaque, Imasuen was recognised not only for his direct contribution to the landmark convention but also for his legislative commitment to initiatives designed to empower young Nigerians and strengthen professional education standards.
