The Supreme Court has upheld the victory of Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as the governor of Osun State, putting an end to a petition by former governor, Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress, APC, challenging the outcome of the July 16, 2022, gubernatorial election.
The Supreme Court’s judgment was delivered on Tuesday.
