Major General Hassan Ahmed, former Provost Marshal of the Nigerian Army, has been killed in Abuja.
Ahmed, with army number N/9698 was the Director at the Army Headquarters in Abuja until his death.
He was murdered Wednesday night along Lokoja-Abaji-Abuja Road.
The alleged Fulani bandits also kidnapped his sister Safina Ahmed.
