Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has affirmed his administration’s commitment to fulfilling promises made to the people of Rivers State.
During the commissioning of the dualised Omoku-Egbema road project at the Masters Junction, Obrikom road, Omoku, Rivers State, Governor Fubara emphasized that his administration will prioritize the needs of Rivers State and ensure that projects are delivered in a timely manner.
The governor highlighted the completion of the dualised Omoku-Egbema road as evidence of his administration’s dedication to fulfilling seemingly impossible projects. He reassured the public of his administration’s focus on serving the people of Rivers State and pledged to undertake more developmental projects in the area.
Governor Fubara also promised to complete the remaining 300 meters of the road connecting the state to Imo State and to resume work at the abandoned Zonal hospital, Omoku within a week.
Former governor of the state, Dr. Peter Odili, who served as the special guest of honour at the road commissioning, praised Governor Fubara for his selfless leadership and unwavering commitment to the people of Onelga. Dr. Odili expressed confidence in Governor Fubara’s leadership, citing his dedication to the welfare of the people and assuring continued support from the Rivers community.
Dr. Odili also noted that Governor Fubara’s accomplishments in the Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni local government area have solidified his support among the people, ensuring continued backing in future elections.
