Nigerian sprinter Favour Ofili has qualified for the Womenโ€™s 200 meter final at the Paris 2024 Olympics, emerging as one of the top medal prospects for her country.
Competing in Semi Final 1 on Monday evening, Ofili delivered an impressive performance, finishing second behind Julien Alfred to secure an automatic qualifying spot.

Ofili’s semi-final race showcased her remarkable talent and potential for the final. She recorded a new season best time of 22.05 seconds, narrowly trailing Alfred, who crossed the finish line at 21.98 seconds.
