The Federal Government has appealed to academic staff union of polytechnic (ASUP) to suspend the nationwide strike promising that all agreements will be reached as soon as possible.
In response to the FG plea, ASUP President, EZEIBE has conveyed a message to all its local chapters To hold a Congress and report back to the national body on or before 8th June 2021 to deliberate on whether or not to discontinue with the strike action.
This blog learnt that the nationwide strike maybe suspended soon.
