President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has departed Paris, France, for Nigeria after concluding his 28-day working vacation.
Tinubu left the French capital on Tuesday, bringing to an end his extended stay during which he combined private engagements with official duties.
The President’s departure was confirmed in a statement issued by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy.
According to Onanuga, Tinubu’s presidential aircraft is expected to arrive at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos later on Tuesday.
The President’s return comes after 28 days away from Nigeria, during which he maintained contact with government officials and continued to receive updates on developments across the country.
Tinubu is expected to resume his official engagements in Nigeria following his arrival in Lagos.
