An Asaba-based content creator popularly known as ‘Odogwu Asaba’ has pleaded for forgiveness in a viral video after being accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman who later died by suicide.
In the emotional footage circulating online, the content creator is seen appealing directly to the deceased’s parents, repeatedly saying, “This is a terrible mistake, please forgive me,” while expressing remorse over the incident.
The video surfaced after reports confirmed that the content creator was arrested in connection with the allegations surrounding the woman’s death.
The tragic incident has sparked widespread outrage on social media, with many Nigerians demanding a thorough investigation and justice for the deceased.
