The Delta State Police Command has rescued one Efe Caroline, who was kidnapped by gunmen in Oreokpe, in Okpe Local Government Area of the state.
Spokesperson of the command, DSP Edafe Bright, who disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday, June 8, said three suspected cultists and two armed robbers were also arrested.
