Chairman-Elect Etsako East Local Government Hon. Princess Benedicta Attoh has been presented with Certificate of Return by the Edo State Independent Electoral Commission.
The presentation which took place at the EDSIEC headquarters in Benin was performed by the Chairman Justice Oyomire James rtd.
Hon. Princess Benedicta Attoh who spoke to newsmen shortly after receiving her certificate commended EDSIEC for the conduct of the poll which she described as credible, saying that our democracy has come of age.
