Former governor of Edo State, Prof. Oserheimen Osunbor, has officially declared his intention to run for the governorship position in the state under the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the upcoming primary.
Speaking with journalists at the APC state secretariat in Benin City, Prof. Osunbor promised to address the failed road infrastructure and other poor developmental projects that have taken Edo State backward.
He stated that he has the capacity to lead the state to an enviable position if given the opportunity to be governor in 2024.
The former governor also solicited the support of party leaders, promising to deliver good governance if given the ticket and elected as governor.
