Call for Application: HM and Assistant HM Positions

The form to apply for head teacher and assistant head teacher positions is now open. This process is aimed at identifying senior educationists with the passion and capacity needed to effectively lead our schools. The selection process for these roles will be rigorous and include an in-person interview. Kindly note that candidates must successfully complete all rounds of the selection process in order to be considered. The minimum criteria for Assistant head teachers is level 10 while the minimum salary grade level for Head Teacher is level 12.
This process will be based solely on merit. Lobbying is highly prohibited. We are committed to finding the strongest candidates based strictly on merit. As a result, any candidate who participates in lobbying will be disqualified.
Candidates must submit their vision statement. The vision statement must respond to the following question: What is your vision for the school that you hope to lead and how will you achieve this vision?* Please note that shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit hard copies of their vision statement at a later date. For now, please only submit your vision statement online.
