The Sapele-born star, who entered the house with his wife Kassia, has become a fan favourite, earning him the grand prize after a captivating season.
Kelly Rae’s victory was announced on Sunday, October 6, 2024, after securing the highest number of votes from viewers across Nigeria and beyond.
The singer beat fellow finalists Nelly, Wanni, Victoria, Anita, Ozee, Sooj, and Onyeka to win the coveted prize, which includes a cash reward of ₦100 million, a brand-new SUV, and several other exciting gifts.
This triumph marks a unique milestone for the “Sapele Couple,” Kelly Rae and Kassia, as they competed and captivated fans with their strong bond and individual talents throughout the competition.
Kelly Rae becomes the 28th housemate to be evicted from the house, but this time, as the ultimate winner of the season.
Onyeka, the 28-year-old lawyer and entrepreneur from Anambra State, also made it to the final but was evicted as the second runner-up. Onyeka, part of the CHEKAS pair, was seen as a strong contender, but fell short in the final voting.
She was evicted alongside Kelly Rae’s fellow finalists Nelly, Wanni, Victoria, Anita, Ozee, and Sooj.
