American rap superstar Cardi B and Nigerian footballer Maduka Okoye have sparked fresh romance speculation after being spotted together again during Milan Fashion Week.
The Grammy-winning rapper and Super Eagles goalkeeper were seen mingling at an afterparty in Milan on Tuesday, September 22, where videos showed the pair chatting, enjoying drinks and spending time together.
Their latest public appearance has reignited interest in their relationship after the two celebrities were repeatedly seen together during the summer.
Cardi B and Okoye first attracted attention in July when they were spotted together during Paris Fashion Week.
The pair were subsequently seen having dinner in Venice, Italy, further fuelling speculation about the nature of their relationship.
Cardi B had previously spoken warmly about the Nigerian goalkeeper during an interview, describing Okoye as “really sweet” and expressing her desire to see more of him.
The latest Milan outing has now added another chapter to the growing public interest surrounding the pair.

Meanwhile, Okoye’s Milan outing comes as the Super Eagles prepare for their 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Nigeria. The goalkeeper was expected to be with his national-team teammates in camp as preparations intensify for the crucial qualifier, but he was instead spotted in Milan attending the fashion week afterparty.
